All the junk mail we receive for you is shredded to avoid dumpster divers, and land-fill identity thefts. No cancellation fees. If you want to switch Registered Agents from Montana Registered Agents, or dissolve your company, we don't charge you.
Free change of registered agent. If you have paid another registered agent, and want to lock in our good prices, just show us what you've already paid, and we will file the correct paperwork with the Montana secretary of state to switch registered agent service to us, AND we will honor the registered agent service you have already paid someone else. Just pay for one year, and your year will start after the time you already paid another registered agent for is up.
Free notification to your attorney, personal assistant, or trustee at the same time we notify you, if you want.
If you want to set up your annual registered agent service fee to align with your annual report due with Montana State, we can charge a pro-rated fee to get your annual invoice from us, to be the same due date as your annual report. Our monthly pro-rated fee is $4.10 a month. We can set this up at any time for you.

3. OR you can email, fax, or mail a copy of your form at any time, for us to fill in and return to you by your preferred method.
4. Pay

We are known for our quick response times. We will get your form back to you within 1 hour. We also try to always answer our phones. If you have to leave a voicemail, or email us, we try to get your message returned within a half hour.
