Our Montana registered agent service only costs $49.00 a year, and is all inclusive with no hidden fees. If there’s something important that needs to come through, we don’t mind forwarding a particular item on to you with our registered agent service.

If you are looking for an address beyond this, where you actually use our address for your personal business documents, or personal mail needs, we have a flat rate program for you.

For $30.00 a month ($360.00 a year), we will forward your mail once a month to a physical address you would like, or better yet, we’ll upload the documents to your online account if you don’t want the originals. Many full time RV people or business people love this service, because we store your documents on our secure server. It’s the same thing as our registered agent service. You’ll get the full documents uploaded into your account within minutes of someone delivering them to our office. Where this comes in handy for traveling people is you don’t have to maintain an address anywhere or worry about the original mail getting to you. It will be in your account and when you pull into a campground you can log into your online account and download the documents you want to look at. They will always be there for you in chronological order, and you’ll see which documents you haven’t looked at yet. You can print them out if you need to, save them to your computer, or just keep them in your account and look at them when you want or need to.

It’s that simple. We bill 1 year in advance. You can cancel at any time, but we don’t refund partial years. If you want to cancel service, just let us know 30 days prior to your renewal.

Our $360.00 mail forwarding service is yearly from the time you sign up, and includes postage. We store your mail throughout the month, and either upload everything to your account or forward it to the address you designate at the end of the month.

If you require something more frequent than this, we can try to accommodate you. We do have a few people that want it done weekly. We charge $20.00 per week for this service, if you really need it that much. We can always keep an eye out for something specific with the regular plan and upload that specific item more frequently if needed.
