Montana Registered Agent is a Montana Secretary of State specialist. We don't do a lot of various services, but we strive to do the services we offer better, and more economical than anyone else. We believe in empowering businesses and getting them going as cheap as possible. If you have a new business, you don't need to be spending large amounts of money just to get it going. If you have a successful long established company, you shouldn't have to pay high fees, just because you've "made it." Our economy is always changing, and we provide services to keep our clients up with the changes and not stretch their budget.
 Montanans have a unique attitude, not found in many other states. We take extreme pride in the work we do, but are not ashamed to take a day off and go fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, skiing, golfing, camping, shopping, or just a day off without going into the office. A recent study showed that almost all Americans feel they do not get enough days off in the work year. The study went on to show that 65% of Americans with paid days off, didn't even take all of them off, AND LOST THEM!!
What's unique about Montana is the hard work ethic while at work, and the dedication given to playing as well. Montana Registered Agents phone gets forwarded to the owners' cell phone when out of the office, and emails and on-line orders, also get forwarded to the owners blackberry when out of the office. With a ski hill 10 minutes from our downtown office, and cell phone service on the mountain, you might catch us on a slow business morning, sneaking in a few skiing runs, but rest assured, we can be down to the office in 20 minutes taking care of your business needs. (You won't find us in Glacier Park, phones don't work there) The work verses pleasure balance that Montana can offer, is unlike other states.
Rest assured, we take your business needs very seriously. Registered Agent and Incorporation services is all we do, and we do it pretty well. Our goal is to be the biggest Montana Registered Agent service provider by 2012. With our continued slow, steady growth, and great word of mouth advertising, we think we might be there sooner.
